- 100 Airy stalls, warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
- Foaling stalls with 24 hour camera watch and "Breeder Alert" for in labor mares.
- Aquatic swimming pool with hot and cold wash areas.
- 3/8 Mile training track with starting gate.
- Newly designed ring and jump course.
- Indoor Walking machine
- Breeding Shed
- Trailering/transport to race tracks, farms and vet clinics (additional fee)
